Obama to use executive power to break job stalemate?

"We can't wait"

President Obama appears to be planning to use executive action to circumvent the Congressional  stalemate frustrating his jobs plans. The mantra "We can't wait" will replace the old "Pass this Bill." The New York Times has more.   Clearly, this is going to be a time for  supporters  of the full democratic  process to exert extreme vigilance.
