The Academy of Dung Beetles' Award is being rolled towards Attorney General Eric Holder who said Thursday that he finds "disturbing" reports that New York Police Department conducted broad surveillance of Muslims outside New York City as part of counter-terrorism efforts. Disturbing? The Academy is far more disturbed by 'Fast & Furious' Holder than by the NYPD.
