Barack Obama's Diary: Going Bold

Dear Diary: Ha! How do you like dem apples!  I have stunned the GOP with my bold appointments of  Susan Rice  as national security advisor and Samantha Power as ambassador to the UN. Bibi phoned from Israel  so apoplectic he could barely speak: Samantha Power had apparently suggested invasion of Israel as US policy years ago. Good idea, though I could not say that to Bibi. He ranted on for minutes on end until  I sang him a couple lines of Hava Nagila -- always an effective way to get him to hang up.This evening I am on my way to San Jose, as the song says. But enough about me.
