Debt ceiling caving in

President Ego, er..Obama  obviously sees himself as a great negotiator. Why else would he move the goal posts on his original offer to Speaker Boehner and seek $400 billion in additional  taxes? Boehner unsurprisingly walked out. We are down to the wire now, and if Obama has miscalculated, we and the world economy will pay a dreadful price. Seeing as Obama has miscalculated everything else, from the gazillion dollar stimulus that hasn't stimulated, to the  rapid ouster of Qaddafi, things don't look good.
