Today's  Academy of Dung Beetles' Award goes to  New York Mayor  Michael Bloomberg  whose failure to take decisive action against the Owsers is damaging the  city's commerce,  severely  disrupting  residents' lives and  leading to  increased  shooting deaths in areas where  police have  been pulled away from crime prevention and used, instead, to control protesters.
