"Dear Leader," as North Korean dictator Kim Jong Il was known to his unfortunate subjects, has died. His life was testament to statism and corruption, as he savored Cognac and cigars, sponsored development of nuclear weapons, and left his people to starve. Meanwhile, our own testament to statism has most of next year to screw things up further. Happily for us, we can then kick him out.
