A billion dollar contract for light military aircraft, work that would have protected some 1400 US jobs, is likely to be outsourced to Brasil by the US Department of Defence. The US competitor for the contract has been offered no explanation. And this comes after Obama promised he 'will not rest' until every American has a good job. Doug Ross has more here.
