The Dung Beetle Award goes to...

For the first time ever, the Academy of Dung Beetles' Award goes to an entire nation -- France-- for electing a socialist President who will tax anyone earning over  the equivalent of a million dollars at a marginal rate of 75%. Small business will, of course, be guillotined  and will not invest further, the  rich will leave en masse.  Germany will be left as the dominating force in Europe, something we, the Brits,  and others paid so much  in blood and treasure to  avoid.
