Yet another Obama green effort has failed. Fisker Automotive, which received nearly $200 million in government loans, fired most of its rank and file employees at a Friday meeting at Fisker's Anaheim, California, headquarters. They were told that the company could not afford severance payments. A lawyer for the fired employees said he expects the company to file for bankruptcy "sooner rather than later." More [Thanks BJS]
