A driver convicted of DUI walked out of court after losing his driver's licence and got straight into his car and drove away. The next day Uldis Keisis, 42, was back in court to be punished for driving without a license. Keisis was seen driving away by court staff in Sussex, England, after he was given his three-year ban.
