Dear BARRY: I am CEO of a large organization and I have to keep control over employee behavior. I have done this by drawing "red lines" and my heads of department know that there will repercussions if they cross them. One of them has crossed a red line and is effectively challenging me to do something about it. If I don't react, I fear that I will lose face and not be taken seriously again.
