Britain's top hospital doctors are in danger of buckling under intolerable workloads, medical experts warn.  Nine out of 10 work beyond their shifts to cope with soaring patient numbers in the face of savage cuts to the National Health Service, a report reveals.  The College of Emergency Medicine, which quizzed 1,000 senior doctors, found 57% of the overworked doctors exceeded their hours by 20% or more.
