Lauren A. Zeliniski, 30, was conducting personal business on the first floor of the Oneida County Office Building when Sheriff's Security Unit Sergeant Matthew J. Bauer noticed a strong odor of raw marijuana coming from Zelinski's handbag, the sheriff's office said. Deputies say they found three bags of marijuana and a quantity of cocaine.
