The Dung Beetle Award goes to...

 The Academy of Dung Beetles' award is being rolled towards  the delusional Ted Turner, who says the US and Israel should give up their nukes because, when the Iranians see this, they will be so impressed they will give up seeking  nukes for  themselves. Of course! Why didn't anyone else think of that?
