Wyblog brings news of a move to ban even hands-free phones in cars. Outlawing texting makes sense as does forbidding use of a hands-on phone while driving. But the bureaucrat bastards never let a chance for over-regulation go to waste. How does talking on a hands-free phone differ from talking to a passenger? Next, a ban on passengers? Or requiring a permit to carry a passenger? That would be a revenue raiser too effective for regulators to ignore.
