Laughing Conservative has been unable to confirm rumors that California's Prop8 forbidding same-sex marriage -- struck down today by a Federal Court-- is planning to sue the court for assault. Prop8 said angrily: "Striking in California is forbidden to anyone but unions and consenting sadomasochists." Prop8 denies consenting to being struck up, down, or sideways by anyone, "Least of all a Federal judge... eeeew"
