Dear Diary: After Christmas in the doghouse it was time for golf again today. Nyaaa, nyaaa, Michelle! I thought to myself as I was driven in The Beast out out to Marine Corps Base Hawaii in Kaneohe Bay, with trip director and golf buddy Marv Nicholson. At the links we met up with Hawaiians Bobby Titcomb and Mike Ramos and Chicagoans Eric Whitaker and Chicagoans Eric Whitaker and Marty Nesbitt. On the down-low, this was my 156th game since taking office in 2009. Meantime, I have a right to be proud...look at how much happier and prosperous this nation has become since then. But enough about me.
