Case Notes: Patient 560463, Obama, Barack H.

9/1/13 I am becoming seriously concerned by Patient's increasing disconnection from reality and his growing  dependence on cannabis sativa to unwind from the psychological tension being inflicted  on him by Vladimir Putin, whom I suspect is  himself a shrewd psychologist, able to reduce Patient to gibbering incompetence with a few well-chosen words. Patient has declared he wants to "punish" Assad but it is unclear how he can "punish" Assad without also punishing the hapless Syrians who took no part in his chemical warfare. As with so many socialists, logic is not Patient's strong suit. All I can do is continue with cognitive behavioral  therapy until it's safe to give tranquilizers again. --- Dictated by Dr. S.H. Rink
