9/21/13 Patient is highly agitated again, and is obsessing about his own staff calling him 'Obam-Me'. Personally, I think it's a highly appropriate nickname for someone who has a Grandiose Delusion and thus an exaggerated sense of their own importance. I strongly suspect that the moron has been self-medicating with Cannabis sativa, despite my warnings of the unpredictable side effects of weed when combined with an anti-psychotic.
