Police have arrested Javon Tyrek Rogers aged 20, and charged him with first-degree murder and first-degree burglary, in connection with the homicide of Fannie Gumbinger, aged 99, who was found dead at her home, said Poughkeepsie, NY, Detective Lt. Edward Freer.
