Seth R. Cook, 22, was arrested shortly after 9 a.m. by deputies with the Clark County, Ohio, Sheriff's Office. Deputies were called to a home on reports of a burglary in progress. When they arrived on scene, investigators found a car -- and the driver -- stuck in the snow off the home's driveway. When questioned, Cook said he stopped at the house and got stuck, but denied entering the building. Investigators, however, said they discovered that Cook had broken into the home through the front door and also into a detached garage. Cook had several outstanding warrants to his name, including cruelty to animals and falsification charges. He was arrested and jailed. [Source] BJS
